Terms and Conditions

Reception: Open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm each day.

Check In:
Between 3.00 - 8.00 pm, unless by prior arrangement.

Late Arrivals: Guests are requested to check-in before visiting the 12 Apostles at sunset, as Reception may be un-attended after sunset. Guests arriving very late are requested to notify us to make arrangements to suit the arrival time.

Check Out:
Between 8.00 - 11.00 am, unless by prior arrangement.

Cancellations:
A fixed amount of AUD 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking.

In the event of a cancellation, the following conditions apply:

  • Deposit is transferable/refundable if reservation is modified/cancelled more than 7 days in advance of arrival date.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days in advance of arrival date or a no show, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Guests:
Additional guests (including children requiring their own bed) will be charged an additional $25 per guest per night.

Cots:
Baby cots can be supplied by prior arrangement, for an additional charge of $15.

Credit Cards:
We have EFTPOS at reception, and we accept Visa and Mastercard.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

Smoking:
All rooms are strictly NON SMOKING. We reserve the right to make a charge for any losses due to the room being unsuitable for re-use as a result of smoking in the room.
